Venue
The conference will occur at Event Centre Satama, situated in Kotka’s historic Old Port by the sea. The address is Tornatorintie 102, 48100 Kotka, Finland. 

Kotka City Center
The heart of Kotka, an island surrounded by the Baltic Sea, is renowned for its numerous parks, the Maritime Centre Vellamo, and the Maretarium aquarium – all within walking distance. 

Connections
Kotka is easily accessible by both bus and train. Frequent bus services run daily from Helsinki, Tampere, Lahti, and Jyväskylä. Check schedules at matkahuolto.fi/en. For train timetables and tickets, visit vr.fi/en. 

Accommodation

Registration
Registration opens in June. All presenters and attendees must register to participate. The 345 € (incl. VAT 25,5 %) conference fee includes access to both conference days with catering and the conference dinner on October 29.
